REFUND POLICY

We operate a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping :

To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address:

Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, we recommend using a shipping tracking service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Damages and problems:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.

Exceptions/non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of dangerous products, flammable liquids or gases. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Trades :

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-day reflection period in the European Union:

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund :

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
